Question 1: What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means that you are ordering an outfit that has not yet gone into production. The production will begin when the ordering window closes. This helps prevent over- and underproduction of the unique item. If you pre-order that item, you agree to wait until it is handmade and shipped. This is called TAT( tentative arrival time) or estimated arrival time when you'll receive this item. Disclosure: TATs are not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances in hand-making the item. Please order at your earliest convenience and pay attention to the estimated clothing size you'll need when your item arrives. Ex: if your baby is in newborn and it takes 8 weeks to get your item, chances are your baby will not fit in newborn anymore. We recommend sizing up. All the estimated arrival times will be listed in the pre-orders description. 

Question 2: Are returns or refunds allowed?

All sales are final and non-refundable. Because pre-order items are made to order, you are asking someone to handmake an outfit specifically for your baby. Please plan your order accordingly. However, if there is a manufacturing error/ defect in the garment, we will gladly help with a replacement or store credit. **Ordering the wrong size is not eligible for a refund. 

 Steps to take if something is wrong with your order: 

  1. Email Amberthommen@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your item.
  2. Include clear photos of the defect and description.
  3. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. 
  4. Include your order number, name to help find your order. 


Question 3: Can Orders be changed or altered after being placed?

All orders can not be changed or cancelled once the order has been processed or shipped. Again, these are custom orders specifically for your child; it takes time to make all of these items.

Question 4: How can I track my order? 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package until it arrives at your door. 

Question 5: How should I care for my items?

  1. Hand wash or wash gently in cold water.
  2. Hang dry, Air dry, and you can lay clothes flat to dry. 
  3. Avoid harsh detergents or high heat.
